  2. 15ML SANZ BROWN SUGAR SYRUP
  3. 2 DASHES ANGOSTURA BITTERS
  4. A PLETHORA OF MINT LEAVES
  5. CRUSHED ICE
  6. GARNISH: MINT

Instructions:

IN THE JULEP CUP, GENTLY MUDDLE MINT, ADD BOURBON AND SYRUP, AND TOP UP WITH CRUSHED ICE, STIR, THEN TOP UP WITH MORE CRUSHED. ADD FEW DASHES OF BITTERS ON THE TOP.
