  2. 15ML LILLET BLANC
  3. 15ML SANZ RASPBERRY SYRUP 
  4. 20ML FRESH LEMON JUICE 
  5. 25ML EGG WHITES 
  6. GARNISH: 3 RASPBERRIES, PERFUME FINAL DRINK WITH LEMON ZEST 

Method:

DRY SHAKE & HARD SHAKE

Instructions:

FIRST SHAKE ALL THE INGREDIENTS WITH ONE ICE CUBE UNTIL ICE WILL DISSOLVE.
SHAKE IT AGAIN WITH A LOT OF ICE. STRAIN INTO CHILLED MARTINI GLASS
