Blue Agave syrup, from Mexico, comes from an interest in obtaining the perfect Margarita, that is why we only use sugar obtained from the agave plant itself.
It is obtained by using traditional slow cooking wood fire ovens, where all the juice is extracted from the blue agave itself.
The whole process is done in a such a way that we work together in the protection of the environment.
