The blueberry, is native of Asia and Europe, it grows in a soil that holds moisture, and matures during the months of summer and autumn.
Compared with the trend of using clear juices, that do not have the intensity and freshness of the fruit, we use crushed blueberries (16% Blueberries) and add them to the syrup.
Resulting in a spectacular blueberry syrup with all its freshness.
This syrup has all of the fruit pulp, so it is better to shake it before using it to correct the tendency to accumulate the pulp.
It is perfect for cocktails with or without alcohol, for smoothies and to be mix with black tea.
