This syrup has been a great challenge for Sanz for several reasons. On the one hand, we had to be able to get a version as a syrup of a liqueur (Falernum) which already existed many years ago.
There were a lot of different recipes for homemade Falernum too.
Our commitment, to working with the ingredients in the most peculiar recipes, and this, plus our knowledge of the cocktail world, has led us to the creation of Falernum Sanz.
With a striking design, we have been inspired by the Polynesian culture, recognizing the Totem monument as one of its most valued monuments.We opted for directly adding spices instead of aromas.
Its cloudiness is due to the spices settling and we always recommend shaking before serving.It is ideal for spicing rums and all the Tiki cocktail bars.
