Vanilla is originally from Mexico and from the North of Central America.
Later, Hernan Cortes took it to Europe to mix it with chocolate and drink it.
Vanilla is extracted from an orchid flower, which only remains open for one or two days, during which time it must be fertilized so that it produces its fruit, which is a hanging pod that takes eight months to mature.
In Sanz we have been very careful in including the natural vanilla extract itself as an ingredient, so that our syrup contains all the flavour.
It is Ideal for adding to coffee, chocolate and milkshakes or smoothies.
